- Tamarind Juice |

- Soy Sauce |
2 Table Spoons |

- Syrup |
1 Table Spoon |
| |
- Uncooked sticky rice grains |
1 Table Spoon |
| |
- Chilli Powder |
1/2 Table Spoon |
| |
- Spring onion, finely chopped |
2 Table Spoons |
| |
- Kaffir Leaf
|
1/2 Table Spoons |
| |
- Shallot, finely chopped |
1 Table Spoon |
| |
- Sawtooth coriander, finely chopped |
1 Table Spoon |
| |
- Mint leaves |
|
| |
- Cucumber, Cabbage, Vigna Sinensis |

- Vegetable Oil |

- Rice Flour |

Method:
Wash the fish with rice water (water to be used for washing the rice before boiling). Fry the oil to hot. To scatter salt on fish then knead with rice flour. Put the fish in boiled oil then fry until crisp, to dip up and put on plate with decorated with vegetables. Mix the ingredient together then pour over the fried fish.
