TAO MENU for Blood Types A, O
 
Deep-fried Chicken in Pandanus Leaf

Ingredient

- Chicken(Chest part and shed the skin)
300 grams
- Garlic
20 grams
- Parsley Root
10 grams
- Black Pepper
1 Tea Spoon
- Salt
1/2 Tea Spoon
  - Curry Powder 1 Spoon
  - Sesame Oil 1 Spoon
  - Panda Leaf (for wrap) 1/2 Cup
  - Vegetable Oil 2 Litters
  - Sweet Dip  

Method:

Wash Chicken and rest on sieve. To pound parsley root, Garlic, Pepper and salt until powdered then dip up and mix with chicken and sesame oil then leaven for 30-60 minutes. Wrap the chicken with Pandan Leaf in Triangle shape. Fry oil in medium or high temperature then fry wrapped chicken until yellow, dip up and serve with sweet dipping.
