- White fish fillets |

- Garlic plants |

- red pepper, finely chopped |

- Yellow pepper, finely chopped |

- Green pepper, finely chopped |

- Fried garlic |

- Tempura flour |

- Light soy sauce |

| |
- Cane Juice |

- Ground pepper |

- White sesame and Nori seaweed |

Method
1. clean and
wash the fish fillets with salt.
2. Mixed fish fillets, light
soy sauce and ground pepper, marinates for 10 minutes.
3. After marinate, mix fish
with tempura flour. Pour the oil into a work on medium high heat
and fry the fish.
4. Heat the oil in a wok. When hot,
put the garlic plants, red pepper, yellow, pepper and green pepper
and stir fry.
5. Season with light soy sauce
and ground pepper (If dry pout stock soup). After that add fried
fish, mix everything is done, remove from the heat dip up onto a
plate and sprinkle with fried garlic.
