TAO MENU for All Blood Types A, B, AB and O
 
Stir-fried fish and garlic plant

Ingredient

     
- White fish fillets
100 g
- Garlic plants
500 g
- red pepper, finely chopped
100 g
- Yellow pepper, finely chopped
100 g
- Green pepper, finely chopped
100 g
  - Fried garlic 50 g
  - Tempura flour  
  - Light soy sauce  
  - Cane Juice  
  - Ground pepper  
  - White sesame and Nori seaweed  
     

Method

      1. clean and wash the fish fillets with salt.

      2. Mixed fish fillets, light soy sauce and ground pepper, marinates for 10 minutes.

      3. After marinate, mix fish with tempura flour. Pour the oil into a work on medium high heat and fry the fish.

      4. Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, put the garlic plants, red pepper, yellow, pepper and green pepper and stir fry.

      5. Season with light soy sauce and ground pepper (If dry pout stock soup). After that add fried fish, mix everything is done, remove from the heat dip up onto a plate and sprinkle with fried garlic.
