Butterfly schedule:

Friday 8/8 Saturday 9/8 : Arrival at Tao Garden, Chiang Mai

Sunday 10/8: official welcome and beginning of workshop after dinner with meditation

Monday 11/8 : Introduction to Tai Chi and Chi Kung exercises, Wu Chi Chi Kung, Chikungs for young and beautiful face and body and others

Tuesday 12/8 : Morning and afternoon practice. Afternoon- evening ride to Chiang Mai, at the Anusarn Food market and Pan Dip Plaza, where we will have the opportunity to buy electronic goods at amazingly low prices. Very often, visitors enjoy live Thai Dances and Thai Boxing exhibitions.
Return to Tao Garden: 21.30 or 23.30 with the TG shuttle bus

Wednesday 13/8 : One day excursion: elephant ride, rafting, trekking, visit to the Long Neck village –the tribe who’s female members enlong their necks using special rings- and other activities .This is excursion is not obligatory . Alternatively, you can rest and enjoy the services and facilities of Tao Garden

Thursday 14/8 : All day practice

Friday 15/8 : Morning and afternoon practice. Afternoon visit to the impressive Quan Yin Temple, the Madonna of the Far East and then Night Safari at the National Park! A chance to walk next to wild animals- whoever wants can watch them through the park’s tourist  bus ride

Saturday 16/8 : All day practice

Sunday 17/8 : Morning and afternoon practice and farewell event. Afternoon and evening visit to the magical Night bazaar, at the Old Town, Tapae Gate. Return to Tao Garden: 21.30 or 23.30 with the TG shuttle bus.

During the Workshop the following will be taught:
 
Primordial Chi Kung (Wu Chi Chi Kung)
Chi Kung Set for young and beautiful face and body

During the Workshop, you can enjoy Pranic Healing and Reiki sessions.
You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the pioneer treatments and therapies offered by the Tao Garden Resort.
